Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Senior Specialist to join our finance team. This role combines financial planning & analysis with IFRS/TFRS-based reporting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
This position involves full ownership of standalone IFRS reporting and preparation of group reporting packages, with all reports prepared in English and using a EUR functional currency. The role also plays an active part in finance process digitalization and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports in line with IFRS/TFRS and group standards
• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
• Prepare year-end statutory (TFRS) financial statements
• Manage and coordinate the external audit process
• Support and improve financial systems (ERP: Mikrofly)
• Take an active role in finance digitalization and automation projects
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/TFRS standards and financial reporting practices
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Audit experience, Big 4 background is a strong plus
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Mikrofly)
• Strong affinity with IT, financial systems and applications is preferred
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical thinking, data management, and numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills - being able to work closely with other departments to collect required data and information for reporting and analysis purposes
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) — reporting language is English
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus
