Job Specification
University degree in Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred
Automotive industry experience in sales and program management (more than 5 years)
Strong technical background
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in other European languages is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities
Flexibility to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as required
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring a successful program launch, fully aligned with customer requirements in terms of timing, quality, and performance
Coordinate and align internal teams to respond to customer needs and expectations
Manage and support customer-driven changes throughout the program lifecycle
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, handling all program and commercial-related topics
Lead quotation activities, including cost estimations for program phases and sample deliveries
Create and manage detailed program plans, defining deliverables for each function
Drive the quote process to meet both customer targets and internal profitability goals
Organize and facilitate program gate reviews with cross-functional teams
Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and stored appropriately on shared platforms
Promote clear and continuous communication within the program team and escalate issues when necessary
Analyze customer business outlook and proactively identify new business opportunities
Act as the primary customer interface for R&D throughout the quote, development, and production phases
