We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join our newly established manufacturing facility in Ismailia, Egypt, which will focus on producing high-quality automotive components for global OEMs.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in plant management (preferably in automotive or textile industries)

Proven track record in factory setup and commissioning (strong advantage)

In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality systems

Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Advanced verbal and written skills in English and Arabic

Must be residing in Ismailia, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the establishment of the new Egypt factory,

Lead the setup and daily operations of the plant, ensuring the highest standards of productivity, quality, and safety,

Conduct workforce analyses and oversee organizational planning

Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives,

Carry out investment and capacity studies for new projects,

Track operational targets with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and initiate corrective action plans when required,

Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements defined in work instructions,
