Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our client, an international company operating in the automotive supplier industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Good command of English

Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including managerial responsibilities

Hands-on experience in negotiations with unions

Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Calm, composed, and confident in handling high-pressure situations

Strong market awareness and a well-established professional network

Solid background in soft HR processes such as employee engagement, organizational development and culture building

Job Description

Lead and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence

Take full ownership of union relations and maintaining a constructive and balanced relationship with union representatives

Act as a trusted partner to senior management, providing guidance on organizational matters, employee relations and workforce dynamics

Build a strong communication bridge between management and employees, fostering a transparent and engaging work environment

Drive key HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives

Support the organization in managing change, ensuring alignment between business needs and people strategies

Collaborate closely with global HR teams to align local practices with international standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
