We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to join our newly established manufacturing facility in Egypt, dedicated to producing high-quality automotive components for global OEMs. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in a greenfield / startup project, contributing to the design and implementation of HR practices that will shape the company’s long-term success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, ideally within the automotive or textile sectors.
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in compensation & benefits design, salary structuring, and payroll systems implementation.
Proven capability in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Prior experience in greenfield or startup operations is highly desirable.
Residence in Ismailia, Egypt (or willingness to relocate).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, establishment, and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems in compliance with Egyptian labor law and corporate standards.
Drive all HR operations to ensure effective workforce management and regulatory compliance.
Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the requirements of a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with market practices and company objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across all levels.
Introduce and manage training and development programs to support employee growth and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Build and nurture a positive organizational culture, promoting employee engagement and strong industrial relations.
Collaborate with global HR counterparts to align local HR practices with international corporate standards.
